• Began her career in 1984 as Product Manager for France at International Distillers and Vintners, then joined Urgo Laboratories in 1988 as Marketing Manager
• In 1991, became International Marketing Group Manager at Roc SA (Johnson & Johnson)
• Joined Sanofi Pasteur in 1998 and became Executive Director of Business Management in 2006, then Vice President Business Management in 2009
• Since 2011 Managing Director of SMAG Consulting SAS, a biotech and medtech strategy and management consulting company
